Paws and Claws Humane Society is committed to partnering with the community to shelter, protect, and seek adoptive homes for abandoned or lost companion animals.
Paws and Claws Humane Society is partnering with the community to:
* Promote and provide humane protection and shelter for abandoned or lost animals.
* Seek adoptive homes for companion animals under our protective care.
* Promote the principles of responsible companion animal care through community education.
* Advocate the spaying and neutering of all companion animals.
Paws & Claws does not euthanize except on the advice of a veterinarian in the case of critical injury, terminal illness, debilitating pain, or severe behavioral problem in which the animal is a danger to themselves, other animals or humans.
The Paws & Claws Humane Society (PCHS) of Rochester, Minnesota does not receive money from government agencies to help meet expenses for the shelter and care of companion animals in need of happy homes. Instead, PCHS relies on donations from concerned individuals for much of its operating revenue.
That's why it is so important that PCHS keeps its membership ranks strong. Are you a member of PCHS? Do you know of a friend or family member who would like to join?
